      On Tuesday, July 30, Kenneth William Janke of Fort McMurray passed from this life to his heavenly home, due to heart failure, at the age of 86.

      Ken was a wonderful husband and father and is survived by his wife Bertha;
      Children: Arlene, Dale, Jayne, Don; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

      A Celebration of Ken’s life will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Service-North Chapel, 10129 Princess Elizabeth Avenue, Edmonton.

      A Memorial service will take place Sunday, August 25, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at Fort McMurray Gospel Assembly.

      In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Canadian Diabetes Association.
